Other Important Information:

Labels: We are still very pleased with our computerized tagging system and hope you are too. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or problems. Remember that we are happy to print your labels for you, but our deadline to do that is Saturday, March 8th at midnight. Please don't wait until the last minute to try to print your labels. Even some sellers who are very computer literate have had problems. Unfortunately, some computers and printers just won't do it. Please just go ahead and enter some items and try to print them off on regular paper, making sure they will fit on your labels. You can then you can go back and add more items to your batch. The deadline for entering items for labels you print yourself is Tuesday, March 11th at noon. Anything entered after that time will not be in our system cannot be sold.

Deadline for labels we print for you: Sat. March 8th midnight

Deadline for labels you print: Tues., March 11th at noon

For your convenience, early label pick-up will be at the sale location (Fellowship Bible Church): Saturday, March 8th 1:00 - 4:00 and Sunday, March 9th 2:00 - 5:00. If these times are not convenient, you can pick up your labels at drop-off.

Advertising: Thanks to all of you who copied the flier off of the website and then emailed or distributed them at local businesses. We know that women are more likely to shop our sale when they hear about it from someone they know.

Pick-up: We want to thank you for your patience during our pick up time at the last sale. Be assured that we will have more volunteers during that time and we are allowing more time for sorting so that your items will be ready when you arrive. Please check out our new volunteer schedules and opportunities to shop early. We couldn't do all of this without you!

Item Limit: As most of you are aware, we were at full capacity during the Fall/Winter sale. Because of this we will be utilizing more double racks on the smaller sizes and ask that you limit items to your best 100. This should allow us to continue in our current location, and allow us to continue to be known as a place to find quality items.

Guest Passes: Each consignor will receive one guest pass to give to a friend. This will allow them to shop Tues 7pm - 9pm.

Consignor ½ price shopping: Consignors (only) will be allowed to shop our ½ price items before the public, on Friday 6:30 - 8pm.

A couple of things to help us out:

  1. Please do not use tags any smaller than ½ of a 3"x5" index card, except on shoes. All clothing tags must be pinned on. No adhesive tags.
  2. Junior and maternity clothing should be hung on adult hangers. We have had a real problem in the past with large clothing on small hangers. We do not want the items that you have worked so hard on to end up in the floor. Please make sure the hanger is sized appropriately for the clothing.
  3. If you have sold with us before, then you already have a consignor id#. If you have forgotten your number, please use the box on the left of the page where you start a batch. You simply fill in your email and we email you your consignor# and password. If this doesn't work, go ahead and re-register and you will receive a new consignor #.

We look forward to another great season and thank you all for your participation and enthusiasm. We enjoy seeing so many friends and are so thankful for all you all do to make this sale so fun and beneficial to our community.
