Pricing/Entering Items

Click REGISTER below and you will sign up as a consignor. All consignors must be registered through this system. If you registered through this system previously you do not need to re-register unless you cannot figure out your consignor number (the system can help you if you have forgotten). When registering, you will be asked information and then you will choose a password (WRITE THIS DOWN). You will be asked to complete some training screens to make sure we have the same understanding of pricing, quality and organization. Once you finish you will be given a Consignor ID and a batch number (WRITE THESE DOWN TOO!) You can stop at this point until you are ready to enter items, or you may continue by beginning to enter items. You will be able to enter a description and price for each item. Do this carefully and accurately. You will be able to save your work and come back later if you would like. On the last entry screen you will be able to choose if you would like us to donate your items that do not sell. You can choose none, all, or select certain items to donate. Next, print your inventory sheet for your records. At this point, you can follow our directions for printing your labels.

***PLEASE NOTE: If you are able to print your own labels, the deadline for entering items in the system is Tuesday, March 11th at noon. You will need to see if you are going to be able to print your own labels or if you will need us to print your labels. Don’t wait until the last minute! Our deadline for printing your labels is Saturday, March 8th at midnight. You may have as many batches as you would like, so try printing a small batch early on.
